You are requested by the Ohio Board of Building Standards staff to bring the items listed below to our February educational dinner meeting.

Even if your duties do not require you to perform any of these functions, you should be aware of the process as listed within Chapter One of the Administration section of the OBC.
  • Certificate of Occupancy
  • Adjudication order
  • Plan approval
  • Plans Correction letter/order
  • Violation notice
  • Inspection record
Cost: $15.00 for members, $20.00 for non-members. (2010 membership not received by Monday, 01 February 2010)
